THE SPACE OF THE HEART
This is a vision that i received while in hospital ,after being touched by the hand of a healer. I have found it an effective visualisation to connect with the source of healing energy inside me. I have also seen it with minor variations , being described in quite a few books:
Sit with your back
straight or lie down.
Cross
your hands over your chest, relax and breathe freely.
Close your eyes and look at the blackness in front of you.
Imagine faint
glimmers of pink and green lights appearing in the darkness.
Move towards them
and imagine you are entering a narrow cave whose sides are covered with large
chunks of translucent pink and green crystals , faintly glimmering. As you move
down this tunnel, the concentration of crystals increases, and so does their
luminescence. You can sense more of this soft, pink and green light coming from
the depths of the cave.
The crystals get
bigger and brighter as you go deeper in the cave, and eventually you arrive
in a large hall in the centre of which is a massive , mandala-like formation
of the same pink and green crystals, now fully grown and defined in their dazzling
geometrical precision, radiating powerful but soft light . Translucent pink
and green crystals, radiating healing , loving energy that touches you deep
in your heart.
This is the space of the heart.
You can stay here as long as you like. When your attention starts to wander, simply walk back out, and open your eyes. It is always there for you.
