"Sit in a meditation pose (your back must be held straight)
Inhale deeply through
both nostrils, hold your breath and bend your head so your chin rests on your
chest in the Chin Lock.
Contact the anus, perineum and sex organs - the Root Lock - while relaxing the
rest of your body and face.
Let your hands
rest on your knees and your body weight rest lightly on your arms. Hold your
breath briefly in this position.
Then relax the Root Lock, raise your head, relax your shoulders and exhale.
When you exhale, it is done through your nose. Your mouth is closed with parted
teeth.
Close your ears with a finger in each, holding your arms at shoulder level.
Now exhale with a low powerful hum. Your eyes remain closed. Feel that you become
one with the sound vibration, let the sound fill you, your head and more. And
experience: "This is my sound, this is me, I can form myself by forming
this sound."
Do the Bumble Bee seven times or as many times as you like.
Dissolves tensions in the brain caused by anger. Lowers high blood pressure caused by mental irritation and is a valuable discipline for musicians."
